Save your CloudSync recovery key
CloudSync now encrypts note data before it leaves your device. Store the recovery key in a password manager; you will need it to add another device, and Anarlog cannot recover it.
Sharing and collaboration
- Share notes by invitation, private link, or public link, with optional image, audio, and file attachments
- Give individual collaborators permission to view, comment, or edit, and manage access or requests from the original note
- Open shared notes in Anarlog or use the web viewer, with shared notes available alongside your other notes in the sidebar
Encrypted CloudSync
- Pro notes and selected attachment backups are end-to-end encrypted before they leave your device
- Add another device with your recovery key while keeping encryption keys outside the web app and Anarlog's servers
- Turn CloudSync on or off from Settings without deleting data that is already synced
Recovery and reliability
- Recover incomplete legacy imports without discarding duplicate notes or orphaned transcripts
- Preserve sign-in and shared-note links when Anarlog is launched or already running
- Restore persisted appearance and notification choices reliably during startup
