Share new folder notes automatically, read teammates' summaries beside your own, and get quick answers during meetings.
Sharing and contacts
Choose a folder's Default access to share new notes with people in the meeting or everyone in your workspace once their summary is ready. Existing notes keep their access, and you can change sharing on each note.
Read a received note in a Shared summary tab beside your own notes for the same calendar meeting.
Add multiple email addresses to a contact. Calendar attendees, participant matching, and contact search recognize every address; merging contacts preserves their emails.
Summaries and chat
Turn on Use main language for summaries in Settings → General to keep summaries in your main language while transcribing other spoken languages. Leave it off to keep automatic summary language detection.
Generate detailed summaries by default. Use Make shorter or Make longer in Chat to adjust a summary instead of choosing Crisp, Balanced, or Detailed in Settings.
Use suggested prompts to recap the last five minutes, find questions to ask next, or list action items while a meeting is recording.
Keep reading the transcript when the automatic summary starts, and scroll the note past the floating chat panel.
See whether a summary failure came from Anarlog, OpenRouter, or the model provider.
Show the selected template's icon on its summary tab. Thanks @realtonypark.
Recording
Transcribe AssemblyAI Universal-3.5 Pro recordings once after you stop (including older Universal-3 Pro selections), so speaker labels do not restart every minute. Thanks @georgi4444.
Save a preferred recording computer in Settings → Meetings. Other computers can keep recording when it is absent; clear the preference to choose for each meeting.
Keep capturing the other side of a call when the microphone or system audio fails. Retry the failed source without stopping the recording.
See a persistent warning when an audio source is unavailable, with a Retry action to restart it without stopping the recording.
Keep the transcript aligned with the recording when both audio sources temporarily stop.
Sync and reminders
Complete the first cloud sync over slow connections without timing out while a large download is still arriving.
Wait and retry when cloud sync is busy, instead of repeatedly retrying immediately.
Stay signed in through temporary authentication rate limits or connection failures, and wait before retrying a failed refresh.
Choose Join & record or its adjacent menu from the same meeting reminder control.
Sign-in
Use Sign in again when a cloud session expires to reconnect without clearing your local account or notes. Rejected refresh credentials stop retrying automatically.
Keep sign-in tied to the request you started in the app, and reject expired or replayed callbacks.
